Ladder Games 2024-2025 - Signup

For the upcoming season the rules would be more or less the same as last time. I am going to extend on the "challenge and refuse" rules. We will try to take it a bit more seriously.

Key points: 

• All players are put in order (Ladder) and the one who ends up at top wins the tournament.
• You can challenge a player up to certain (to be decided) rungs above your position. (e.g.: let's say the rule is 5 and Bob is on the 11th rung, so he can challenge the 10th, 9th, 8th, 7th and 6th player)
• On a chosen day the two players play an ECF rated game and depending on the outcome the challenger goes up or stays where he/she is.
• All games are played at the club, on club nights, starting at 18:30
• Time control is by default 75 minutes + 15 second increment, but if both players agree it can be 20 minutes + 5 second increment.
• Tournament starts 1st October and runs until 31st August next year.
